“And do not be surprised if during a coming National Football League game on CBS, an announcer describes a play on the “five-0” yard line.”

opinions wanted!
Seeing as I live quite close to the 92nd Street Y, and they sent me the fall bulletin, I figure I should try to go to some events. This is what I’ve narrowed it down to:
-Jac Holzman: The Story of Elektra Records
-Santiago Calatrava
-Matthew Weiner
-Tim Gunn
-Anthony Bourdain/David Chang
I want to go to at least 1, if not 2. Any suggestions?

Tee-hee. Very eloquent, Maura.

I know that times are tough for newsstand sales, but turning yourself into Physically Uncomfortable Threesome Fortnightly is a move that could be very detrimental in the long run.

scott pilgrim vs. my wallet
I decided I should go see Scott Pilgrim so I could be up on things (at this point, I’ll most likely be doing Inception OnDemand in a few months), and because I figured it would look good on the big screen. So I went, and I think the last movie I saw in a theater was Public Enemies, which was a while ago, so I wasn’t sure what the ticket cost would be. It looked like $17.50 and I almost...
