(George R R)Martin: Eli Manning would probably be someone like Loras Tyrell, the Knight of Flowers, who has a bigger brother, Lord Garlan Tyrell, who is an even better swordsman than he is (laughs). So you have that brotherhood relationship there.

Clarence is pretty upset about the Giants loss today. Honestly, though, I was thinking that something like the total reverse of last year’s game could go down.

Appx 9am and I am fully anticipating a Giants loss tonight (because it’s the Eagles, and even if the Giants are looking good and the Eagles less so, the birds manage to pull it out (except for the Vince Young game last season but I’m not counting that)). And yet, I am hopeful and nervous about this game. It’s just a game, dummy! And yet…
